What is a fundraiser?

A fundraiser is an event put on by various kinds of organizations to raise funds.  These commonly include churches, youth groups, and other social clubs.  By teaming up with Farmhouse Fudge you and your organization can raise funds in a timely manner and enjoy a delicious treat all at the same time.  

How do I setup a fundraiser?

Setting up a fundraiser is easy.  Simply fill out the Start a Fundraiser form and we'll contact you within 5-7 business days to setup your fundraiser.  Your fundraiser can be up and running in no time, meaning you start earning fast!

What kind of organizations could use this fundraiser?

Many different kinds of various social clubs and groups use fundraisers for their organizations.  These include churches, scouts, non-nonprofits, sporting teams, school groups and clubs, community events, and the list goes on and on.   

What type of fundraising programs do you offer?

We have several fundraising programs available based upon your organizations needs.  Our first program is based entirely online.  Your customers will get a link to follow to our store to purchase their fudge.  Then we handle everything else, and you'll get a portion of the proceeds.  This is the simplest and fastest way to setup your fundraiser.  Generally this type of fundraiser should be run for 3-6 weeks to be effective.  

We also offer traditional paper order sheets for fundraising. You use these sheets to keep track of individuals and their orders.  You then place one collective order and receive all of the fudge in one shipment, which you can then distribute to the individuals.  You should spend 2-3 weeks collecting orders from individuals before submitting the orders to us.  The fudge should take approximately 2 weeks to be shipped to you. 

How do our customers order?

You'll be given a link to a fundraiser specific listing on our store to share with your customers.  The link will bring them right to their checkout where they will be able to select from any of our available flavors.  Then all they have to do is enter their shipping information, finish the checkout, and then it's all done!  We will ship the order out and you'll receive a portion of the proceeds.  

How do we promote our fundraiser?

The best way to promote fundraising today is to use your social media accounts!  Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik-Tok, and many more are great places to spread the word about your fundraiser.  The power to reach thousands of people instantly will allow your fundraiser to be bigger without having the extra work.

What are the costs and fees of a fundraiser?

For our online fundraiser there are no startup costs or fees to begin your fundraiser.  This makes it quick and easy to get started without having to have money upfront to begin.  NOTE: If using our online ordering for your fundraiser, please note that individuals will also have to pay for shipping to their address.  

How much profit can we make from a fundraiser?

We offer over 50 flavors of fudge in 1/2 lb. pieces for our fundraisers.  They sell for $10 and the organization can expect to receive $4 for each piece of fudge sold.  That's a 40% margin!
