Refund policy
Returns & Satisfaction
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fudge.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can review and make it right.
Returns:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We are unable to accept returns for food items.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to change our refund policy in Fall 2020. Refunds are given 15 days after the package was originally shipped in line with USPS regulations. If you have not received your package within this timeframe please contact us.
If package tracking shows it has been delivered but you did not receive the package, we are unable to issue refunds under these circumstances. Please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number to locate the missing package.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
