Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
We ship using trusted carriers including UPS Ground, UPS SurePost, and USPS Ground Advantage to ensure your fudge arrives safely and efficiently. Carrier selection is determined by destination and efficiency to ensure your fudge arrives safely.
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier performance. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Farmhouse Fudge is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Warm Weather Shipping Note (seasonal): Fudge is temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, we take additional care in packaging to help protect your order. However, once a package leaves our facility, we cannot control carrier handling or exposure to heat.
If you are concerned about high temperatures in your area, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly.
Holiday Processing Notice: During peak holiday seasons (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
