I've ordered from Farmhouse Fudge for years and the customer service used to be great. Now you can't get a response from anyone and they've switched to a significantly slower shipping vendor so our last few orders have been over a week late.

In recent years, both carriers have made changes to their transportation networks and delivery standards, which have unfortunately resulted in longer transit times. While we have no control over carrier routes or delays once a package leaves our facility, we process and ship orders promptly so they can reach our customers as quickly as possible.
